The New Bremen Foundation recently received a $94,472.00 grant from the Ohio Recreational Trails Program.  Site preparation work is taking place this week at Kuenning-Dicke Natural Area, and asphalt paving is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 18.  When complete the new paved trail, combined with the existing Miami-Erie Canal path, will form approximately a one-mile paved loop through the Kuenning Dicke Natural Area.  The gravel parking lot will also be paved and will have handicapped parking spaces available.
